Our property ventures include investments in single-let dwellings, residential refurbishment projects, new-build homes and commercial conversions. Mainly focused in and around the coastal towns of West Sussex, we look to add-value to existing housing stock, out-of-favour commercial spaces or under-utilised brownfield sites.

​"I have to admit that I've only in recent years begun to fully share my husband's passion for property.
Previously for me the world of property was synonymous with frighteningly big numbers, money and risk-taking, all of which were a world away from my training and vocation centred around children's education and social work.
Then one day, when accompanying Howard to a property investment seminar, I became aware that the world of property was about more than just bricks and mortar; that it was heavily relationship based and could be strongly associated with creativity, humanity, employment and the search for solutions to both social and housing problems.
On discovering these positive and beneficial aspects within the property world I there and then decided that I'd play an active part alongside my husband in this exciting adventure whilst also attempting to enliven each property project with a touch of humanity and social conscience."
